Castelan in Weston-super-Mare seeks an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader to own and grow the Internal Parts Team at our Head Office. You will lead performance, onboard new starters, and partner with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager.

• Experience in contact centres or logistics is helpful, leadership matters most.

Are you an experienced Supervisor ready for your next step, or an established Team Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

We are looking for a people-focused leader, based on site at our Weston-Super-Mare Head Office to take ownership of our Internal Parts Team, driving performance, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and develop your team – coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential
• Oversee performance, absence, and wellbeing, managing both professional and personal matters with empathy and fairness
• Integrate and develop new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding and building a strong, engaged team culture
• Act as the go-to for team support, helping colleagues navigate queries, challenges, and day-to-day operations
• Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and insights (Excel, Office 365 tools)
• Manage workloads and priorities to keep operations efficient and customer-focused
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers, resolving issues and improving processes

What We Are Looking For

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager with a passion for developing people
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and improve team performance
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
• Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• A people first mindset with the ability to support both performance and wellbeing

Experience in contact centres or logistics is helpful, but your leadership skills are what matter most.
