Castelan is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Internal Parts Team at our Weston-super-Mare head office. You will coach and develop staff, oversee performance and wellbeing, and ensure smooth onboarding for new starters. Your leadership will drive customer-focused operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on, proactive leadership with strong organisational skills and a people-first approach. Experience in contact centres or logistics is helpful but leadership matters most.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager with a passion for developing people.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and improve team performance.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• A people first mindset with the ability to support both performance and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and support.
• Oversee performance, absence, and wellbeing with empathy and fairness.
• Onboard new starters to build a strong team culture.
• Be the go-to for team support and day-to-day operations.
• Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and insights (Excel, Office 365).
• Manage workloads to keep operations efficient and customer-focused.
