Job summary

Castelan Group in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an experienced Supervisor or Team Manager to lead our Internal Parts Team on site at our Head Office. You will own performance, develop talent, and deliver excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will coach and onboard new starters, manage workloads, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues, using Excel and Office 365 to drive KPIs and SLAs. Starting salary £28,789 to £35,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager with a passion for developing people
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and improve team performance
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
• Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• People-first mindset supporting both performance and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals to reach their potential
• Oversee performance, absence, and wellbeing with empathy and fairness
• Integrate and develop new starters, ensuring onboarding and a strong team culture
• Be the go-to for team support, guiding colleagues through queries and daily operations
• Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and Excel
• Manage workloads and priorities to keep operations efficient and customer-focused
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes
