Choice Support is seeking a dedicated Team Manager for our Biggleswade service. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality support, develop staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care that enables independence.
Based in Biggleswade with community work, you will coordinate rotas, supervise staff, and uphold records and safeguarding. We support your professional growth and provide DBS checks and safeguarding training.

We are looking for a supportive and motivated Team Manager to join our team in Biggleswade. This role is all about making a real difference to people’s lives.
You don’t need previous management experience, this could be your first step into a leadership role, and we will support you every step of the way.
We will support you to build your confidence in leading a team, helping with day to day support, monthly support and development meetings with your team, carrying out quality checks, and developing others.
You will be based at our service in Biggleswade, but you will also spend time working in the community and attending meetings or training when needed.
This is a full-time role (39 hours per week). You will work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including helping with rotas and ensuring safe staffing. You will also take part in the on‑call rota, with occasional evening or weekend work if needed. We may close this post early if we receive sufficient applications before the closing date.
