We will support you to build your confidence in leading a team, helping with day to day support, monthly support and development meetings with your team, carrying out quality checks, and developing others.

  • have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and Leadership & Management, or be willing to work towards it with our support.

  • an understanding of key legislation, such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding

  • confidence using systems like Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and care management systems.

Are You

  • organised, able to keep accurate records, and understand the importance of good documentation and confidentiality.

  • kind, positive, a great listener and communicator, and someone who genuinely cares about people while staying flexible in your approach.

  • ready for a role where you can lead a team and make a real impact on people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
