Choice Support seeks a proactive Team Manager in Sutton to lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred support. You will ensure up-to-date support plans, assess and address needs, and promote independence for the people we support.

We are looking for a supportive and motivated Team Manager to join our team in Sutton. This role is all about making a real difference to people’s lives.
As a Team Manager, you will
You don’t need previous management experience, this could be your first step into a leadership role, and we will support you every step of the way.
We will support you to build your confidence in leading a team, helping with day to day support, monthly support and development meetings with your team, carrying out quality checks, and developing others.
You will be based at our service in Sutton, but you will also spend time working in the community and attending meetings or training when needed.
This is a full-time role (39 hours per week). You will work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including helping with rotas and ensuring safe staffing. You will also take part in the on-call rota, with occasional evening or weekend work if needed.
