Job summary

Choice Support is seeking caring individuals to help people live more independently in their own homes in Carlton, Nottingham. The role involves supporting four gentlemen with daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation and social activities, with flexible hours and a 24/7 service model.

No prior experience is required; we will train you and support your development within a values-led organization.

About the role

Could you support someone to live more independently and do the things they enjoy? We are looking for hard-working and caring people to join our team, to help people be part of their local community and live happily in their own homes.

This service supports 4 gentlemen to develop independent living skills such as improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life.

Daily duties include: moderate level of personal care, including support to shave, showering and bathing prompts, Domestic duties- cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry. Record keeping/finances/administration of medication.

Hours

0 hour contact providing flexibility to choose the hours and shift that suit you and your lifestyle.

Support is delivered over 24-hour period/7 days a week-365 days a year and the property currently has a sleep in night.
