Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Manager for our Rockingham site in Corby. You will lead warehouse colleagues across rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts, driving safety, productivity and service.

This hands-on role requires motivating teams, solving problems and maintaining a high safety culture to ensure smooth operations and strong performance. The package includes £30,000–£32,000 per year, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme and life assurance;

We’re recruiting a full‑time, permanent Team Manager to join our Rockingham site in Corby., working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
• Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
• Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
• Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels
