Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Corby is recruiting a Team Manager to lead warehouse colleagues on rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts. This full-time, permanent role focuses on safety, productivity and service, with hands-on leadership to drive performance across the site.

You will motivate teams, manage attendance and conduct, and ensure adherence to procedures while delivering strong KPI results. The role requires weekend flexibility and a proactive, safety-first mindset.

We’re recruiting a full‑time, permanent Team Manager to join our Rockingham site in Corby, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.

We’re offering a salary of £30,000- £32,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
