Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead a frontline team at Riddrievale Service, delivering safe, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work with the Service Manager to coordinate staff rotas, monitor quality of care, and promote dignity, independence and inclusion across shifts, including on-call duties.

This is a part-time role at 28.5 hours per week and requires a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical support needs.
• Experience in person-centred planning techniques and delivering and leading excellent support practices.
• Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants with regular supervisions.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support and promote independence, dignity and inclusion.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe staffing and maintain records.
• Build relationships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
• Participate in on-call rota and travel to services as required.
