SSP is recruiting for a Retail Team Leader role at M&S Gatwick Airport North Terminal. You will oversee opening/closing, manage daily operations, and drive excellent customer service on busy shifts.

Lead a motivated team, handle queries, and push for improvements while maintaining a positive, high-energy atmosphere across shifts.

• Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment is ideal!

  Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.75 per hour. Shift Pattern: Full-Time (30+hrs). Shifts between 6:30am - 11:30pm, any 5 shifts out of 7. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
