Job summary

Flaming Grill is seeking a Team Leader to drive frontline service and team performance at our Port Sunlight site. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, resolve issues in the manager’s absence, and keep the bar safe, clean and compliant.

You’ll motivate the team, maintain high service standards, and deliver memorable customer experiences during busy periods, acting as the point of contact for teammates and ensuring efficient shift execution.

Qualifications

• Lead by example to ensure service standards on every shift.
• Resolve issues quickly when the management team is absent.
• Coordinate and support the team to keep the shift running smoothly.
• Ensure bar safety, legality and cleanliness at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
