Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking two permanent Grade 7 Team Leaders in the IMFIT to lead a diverse team (Grades 3–6) and drive performance to maximise rental income for the HRA. You will be based at the Solpro buildings in Attercliffe with a 60% onsite expectation and may work from other venues as required.

The role requires developing expertise across Team Leader disciplines, applying performance tools, and supporting continuous improvements in collaboration with the Operations and Development

Responsibilities

• Play a key role within IMFIT focusing on reducing rent arrears and achieving annual targets.
• Focus on performance management and supporting staff to meet KPIs.
• Base is Solpro buildings in Attercliffe with 60% onsite expectation, may work at other venues.
• Develop expertise across Team Leader disciplines: rent/arrears, performance, compliance.
• Utilise performance tools to drive improvements, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Support Operations and Development Managers in planning and implementing improvements.
