FedPoint is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our FSA Premium Administration team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a team of Premium Analysts, and serving as a primary liaison to both internal partners and external stakeholders. The Team Leader of FSA Premium Administration ensures that daily operations are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. This role drives performance, supports continuous improvement, and maintains strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. You will play a central role in training, team development, operational leadership, and strategic execution while fostering a high‑performing, engaged team environment.
Monday through Friday, Hybrid – Requiring 2 days in office

The Project Management team supports enterprise operations by delivering project management expertise across IT, product development, security, audits, and large‑scale service initiatives. The team partners closely with Business Units, Information Risk Management, Compliance, Technology, Business Development, and external partners to drive strategic value and optimize organizational performance.
