Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking a Team Leader to drive quality and independence in our Supported Living schemes. You will lead a dynamic team, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure care plans and training are up to date to support individuals we serve.
You will have Level 3 in Health & Social Care and proven experience in similar roles, including working with autism, brain injury, and complex needs. This role offers impactful work in a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in supported living or care settings.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
- Strong supervisory and people-management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Allocate shifts and manage rosters.
- Book in training and induct new colleagues.
- Conduct supervision and appraisals.
- Develop and update care plans for individuals we support.
- Order and manage medications.
- Support the manager with day-to-day service operations, including finances of those supported.
