Job summary
Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a welcoming residential service, guiding a dynamic team and supporting individuals to gain independence in daily life. You will assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision, allocate shifts, train staff and ensure medication orders and finances are handled smoothly.
We value experience in senior roles, and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behavioural and mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the residential service and support day-to-day supervision and management.
- Allocate shifts and schedule training.
- Induct new colleagues and supervise staff.
- Order medications and support residents with managing finances.
