Qualifications

• Previous Senior Support Worker experience in a supported living setting.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• Experience with autism, acquired brain injury and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts and book training; induct new colleagues.
• Support with supervision, ordering medication, and helping people manage finances.
