Voyage Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service in Longhope. You will help people gain more independence in daily life, support with supervision and shifts, training, and medication ordering.

The role requires Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience with Positive Behaviour Support, reflective practice, and supporting individuals with distress, mental health needs, autism, or trauma.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Social Care settings with vulnerable people.
• Ability to supervise and support staff.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and service management.
• Allocate shifts, induct new colleagues, and support supervision.
• Order medication and help residents manage finances.
