Benugo, a prestigious hospitality brand, is seeking a Team Leader to join the John Lewis Reading location. You will lead service excellence, mentor staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across the in-store restaurant.

You'll manage food and beverage service, maintain high safety standards, and collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience within a landmark partnership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage busy service periods and deliver high standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the highest standard of customer experience.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Be responsible for a specific area or food offering and rotate as needed.
• Organise deliveries and check delivery notes.
• Assist with clearing tables and team queries.
• Carry out daily team briefings and assist management.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.
• Work on tills, take orders and serve food and drinks.
