Job summary

Benugo is seeking a on-site role within the WSH/John Lewis partnership to maintain high standards of customer service and food safety. You will operate tills, assist with deliveries, and support a small team across food and beverage service, with opportunities to rotate areas as needed.

The role emphasizes training, adherence to health and safety regulations, and representing Benugo professionally in daily duties and interactions.

Qualifications

• Prioritise delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure food safety compliance including allergen checks and temperature controls.
• Be flexible to rotate to a new area as needed.
• Support cost control and stock variance targets.

Responsibilities

• Organise deliveries, check delivery notes and report discrepancies.
• Carry out daily team briefings and answer team queries.
• Work on tills, take orders and serve food and drinks per procedures.
• Support training and development of team members on F&B service and labour efficiency.
• Attend training sessions and represent Benugo professionally.
