Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Platter John Lewis Reading. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.75 and a full-time contract, with shifts 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

As a Team Leader you will oversee service standards, food safety compliance and team support, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will be rotating across areas, handling deliveries, tills and cash procedures while leading the team to success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience remains at the highest standard.
• Follow food safety compliance at all times.
• Rotate to different areas as needed and manage deliveries.
• Assist with clearing tables and supporting management with team queries.
• Carry out daily team briefings and ensure health, safety and COSHH guidelines are followed.
• Handle tills, take orders and serve food and drinks.
