Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of customer experience at all times.
• Ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times.
• Be responsible for a specific area or food offering and rotate as needed.
• Organise deliveries, check delivery notes and report discrepancies.
• Assist with clearing tables and supporting the management team.
• Carry out daily team briefings and address team queries.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Handle tills, cash procedures, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Develop the team through training and support labour targets.
