Job summary

Benugo in partnership with John Lewis seeks an exceptional Kitchen Leader to support the culinary team in delivering high‑quality food experiences across in‑store restaurants. You will ensure safety, quality and consistency while leading a section and rotating to cover others.

The role offers development within a respected consumer brand and requires a proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
• Ensure food safety compliance including allergen checks and administration.
• Organise deliveries, check delivery notes and report discrepancies.
• Support management in weekly stock variance targets and food cost.
• Ensure all dishes and menu items are produced to specifications.
• Carry out daily team briefings and assist with queries.
• Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally.
