Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking a Team Leader to supervise activities safely, lead a diverse team, and uphold high customer service standards across our centres. The role requires readiness to cover Duty Manager shifts and maintain strict cleanliness and housekeeping.

DBS checks will be completed prior to starting, with day, evening, weekend shifts including public holidays. We welcome ambitious, self-motivated individuals who share our brand mission and values.

The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and managing the operations team. We need a Team Leader who will…

• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

First Aid at Work qualification is desirable. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
