Job summary

Everyone Active is recruiting a Duty Manager for West Lindsey Leisure Centre in Gainsborough. The role focuses on supporting health and safety, driving service excellence and supporting the team across day, evening and weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, lead a diverse team, and deliver high customer service standards. Qualifications like NPLQ, First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operators are desirable; a DBS check is required before starting.

National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
