Job summary

Everyone Active at David Weir Leisure Centre is recruiting an ambitious individual to support health and safety operations, oversee the operations team and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves supervising activities, leading a diverse team and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Day, evening and weekend work including public holidays is required; a DBS check will be completed before starting.

Qualifications

• Provide safe and effective activity supervision.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Take on the Duty Manager role when needed.
• First Aid at Work qualification is desirable.
• Role requires day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays; DBS check required.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be supporting health and safety operations, driving customer service excellence and managing the operations team.

• Provide safe and effective activity supervision
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

First Aid at Work qualification is desirable. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
