Chef & Brewer pubs, part of Greene King, are looking for a Team Leader who will lead by example on a busy shift and keep service running like clockwork.

You’ll support the team, maintain high standards, resolve issues in the absence of management, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and welcoming for guests.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
