Greene King is hiring a Team Leader at Flaming Grill in Leeds to lead front-of-house during busy shifts. You’ll ensure high standards, deliver a warm welcome to customers, and help the team run smoothly.

You’ll deputise for the management team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and role-model great service. This role rewards attention to detail, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
