A hospitality company in Chester is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage front of house operations. The ideal candidate will be keen on enhancing customer experiences through leadership and effective team management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, upselling products, and providing excellent customer service. We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.
You will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and in the restaurant area and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone's day.
With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision‑making skills.
Established in 1863, Hydes Brewery is based in Manchester and has expanded to include a portfolio of nearly 50 restaurants, pubs, bars, and hotels, and continues to grow, while still retaining its family feel. We have pubs across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and throughout Cheshire including Chester and Wrexham and some in the Wirral, near Liverpool.
