Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Residential Team Leader for Hillside Lodge in Pulborough. The 60-bed care home provides 24-hour nursing care and a supportive environment for residents.

Hillside Lodge offers a competitive hourly rate and a 4-week rota with 12-hour shifts (20:00-08:00), including alternate weekends. Join a forward-thinking, employee-owned organisation focused on development and rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• You will have completed your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.

Salary: £15.36 - £16.00 per hour
Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift Times: Flexible on 4 week Rota on 12hr shifts (20:00-08:00) - includes alternative weekends

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to:
