Job summary

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader in the United Kingdom to energise and lead shifts, train and support Baristas, and uphold high standards across service and coffee excellence. You’ll drive motivation and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced store environment.

As a strong communicator and role model, you’ll adapt to changing demands, maintain guest-focused service, and champion Costa’s values while contributing to a positive team culture and store performance.
