Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexibility to fit the store’s needs. You will lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and motivate Baristas, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

Ideal candidates are experienced team players with strong communication, adaptability and accountability, ready to lead by example and help the store deliver great experiences for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and supporting baristas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts and store needs.
