Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support every shift. You’ll bring energy, confidence and a constructive presence to help the store deliver great coffee and memorable moments.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence. Costa offers flexible shifts to fit you and the store, plus a values-driven environment focused on warmth and teamwork.
