Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team, delivering great coffee and memorable moments for customers. You’ll lead shifts, train new Baristas and help maintain high service standards with energy, confidence and flexibility.

We offer shifts that fit you and the store, and the role focuses on developing the team, delivering excellent customer experiences and representing Costa Coffee values on every shift.
