Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, helping to run smooth, customer‑focused service. You’ll play a key role in delivering great coffee and memorable moments for guests across busy periods.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise the team, and uphold high standards of coffee quality and guest experience across all duties, while remaining adaptable to changing store needs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team or shift leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to motivate and train staff, maintaining positive store atmosphere.
