Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift and to ensure smooth, efficient service across busy periods.

You will train and support new Baristas, energise your team, and uphold Costa's standards of coffee excellence, service quality and guest experience. This role emphasizes adaptability, reliable leadership and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
