Job summary

Costa Coffee in Norwich is seeking a proactive Team Leader to energise and support the store team, delivering excellent service and coffee excellence. You will guide and develop staff to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency on every shift.

As a Team Leader you will train new Baristas, motivate the team and adapt to busy periods while upholding Costa’s standards and values, including a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or stepping into a team-leader role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable role model with accountability.
• Energetic and adaptable to fast-paced shifts.
