Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise shifts, build confidence on the floor and support store performance with a positive, proactive approach. You’ll train and mentor Baristas, lead by example, maintain high standards across service and coffee quality, and stay adaptable to busy periods while delivering memorable customer experiences.
