We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Team Leader who is passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to achieve meaningful outcomes and live fulfilling lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly Community Hub in Haverhill, Suffolk, at a time of development and growth. We are seeking someone who is ready to make their mark on the service, bringing fresh ideas, energy and creativity to help shape its future. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our programme, creating engaging, outcome-focused sessions that encourage independence, confidence and personal growth.

Our Community Hub is ideally located within walking distance of Haverhill town centre, East Town Park and the beautiful Railway Walk. We offer a varied programme of activities and outings, including visits to farms, zoos, the Pottery Shed and the Music Hub, alongside bespoke one-to-one support for individuals who require a more personalised approach.

The successful candidate will be a natural motivator who can inspire and develop a team, encouraging high standards of person-centred support and ensuring the very best outcomes for the people we support. You will be someone who not only generates innovative ideas but has the drive, organisation and determination to turn them into reality.

  • Take responsibility for team supervision, team meetings and day-to-day staff support.
  • Assist the Service Manager with quality assurance, compliance and service improvement initiatives.
  • Help create a positive, welcoming and ambitious culture where both customers and staff can thrive.

If you are organised, proactive, creative and committed to delivering exceptional support, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape an evolving service and make a real difference in people's lives.

About The Role

  • Make a difference—every single day
What You’ll Need:
