Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Service Leader (Level 2) in Halton to lead a team across three supported living services, delivering person-centred care and empowering staff to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities.

The role is a permanent 37.5-hour week with 9am–5pm hours, Monday to Friday, and requires a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle. Salary and progression opportunities accompany this pivotal leadership position.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers across three supported living services in the Halton area.

Our Support Needs & Challenges

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities to thrive in their own homes!

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with some flexibility available for the start and end times of your day)

Contract: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

UK Driving License Required? Yes and own vehicle
