Once eligible, employees can become members, contributing to key decisions, taking part in voting and helping shape the organisation's future. We believe the people delivering support every day are best placed to influence how we grow.
Our co-operative approach creates a culture built on collaboration, openness and shared responsibility. We encourage colleagues to bring ideas, challenge how things are done and contribute to improving our services. Everyone is empowered to make a difference, whatever their role.
By combining sustainability with social purpose, we create meaningful careers where people can grow, contribute and make a lasting impact. At Leading Lives, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our purpose is simple: to support people with social care needs to lead the life they choose. This purpose shapes our culture, guides our decisions and inspires how we work together every day.
Leading Lives is built around four key pillars: People, Impact, Quality and Sustainability. These pillars help us create positive outcomes for the people we support while ensuring we continue to grow as an organisation. People is about valuing relationships, promoting dignity and respect, and helping others achieve their goals. Impact focuses on making a difference, embracing innovation and finding better ways to support individuals and communities. Quality drives our commitment to delivering safe, person-centred services and continually improving what we do. Sustainability ensures we use resources responsibly and build resilient services for the future.
As an employee-owned organisation, we believe everyone has a voice. We encourage colleagues to contribute ideas and help shape the future of Leading Lives. We know the best services are delivered by engaged people who feel valued and listened to.
Our values are equally important. We believe that we grow ourselves to grow others, investing in learning, development and progression. We embrace flexibility, adapting to changing needs and supporting colleagues to find solutions.
