Job summary

Costa Coffee in Waterlooville is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence, and support to every shift and uphold outstanding coffee excellence. You will lead shifts, train new Baristas, and energise a friendly team while maintaining high service standards.

This role offers flexibility in shifts and the chance to contribute to our community through the Costa Foundation, with opportunities to grow within a warm, fast-paced retail environment.
