Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You will bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, while ensuring smooth operations and exemplary coffee service.

You’ll train new Baristas, motivate your team and uphold Costa’s standards. Flexible shifts and a focus on delivering great moments for customers are part of this role.
