Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader to drive smooth shifts, train Baristas, and energise the team while maintaining exceptional service and coffee standards in store.

You will lead by example, communicate effectively, adapt to daily challenges and support the store’s success with confidence and energy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in a retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and mentor new team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident leadership style.
• Willingness to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the floor.
