Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to energise shifts, support Baristas and uphold Costa's service and coffee excellence. You’ll bring energy, confidence and a positive attitude to every shift, with flexible hours to suit the store’s needs.

You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train new Baristas and keep standards high across service, quality and customer experience. This role values accountability, teamwork and adaptability, with opportunities to grow within
