Job summary

Costa Coffee in Eggleston, United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Team Leader to support every shift with energy, confidence and warmth.

You’ll lead a small team, train new Baristas, and uphold service and coffee standards while staying flexible to cover shifts between 6am and 6:30pm.

This role offers meaningful part-time hours (12 per week) with store-friendly perks and progression opportunities.
