Job summary

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.
