Job summary

Costa Coffee in Botany Bay is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, ensuring smooth operations and high standards across service and coffee excellence.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise the team, lead by example with strong communication, and embrace flexible shifts and Costa perks, including discounts and benefit schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and support Baristas and new joiners.
