Job summary

Sgs-Care-Ltd in Ormesby is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a children's residential home providing care for young people with learning disabilities. The role is permanent and on‑site, with a minimum of 37 hours per week and a salary of £16.60 per hour.

The home is a 2-bed setting offering nurturing, structured support to develop independence and life skills. Applicants should hold Level 4 CYPP or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Job description

Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Ormesby

Salary: £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week (overtime or additional contracted hours available)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: 9–11 per month (as required), paid at £58.40 per sleep

Example Annual Earnings: Up to approximately £38,970 per year (based on 37 hours per week and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month).

This is a 2-bed children's home in Ormesby, providing specialist support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The home offers a nurturing, structured and child-centred environment where young people are supported to develop independence, confidence and life skills.
