Sgscare in Ormesby runs a 2-bed children's residential home for young people with learning disabilities. We seek compassionate, resilient individuals to join a permanent, full-time team dedicated to high-quality care.
The role requires Level 4 qualification or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience. Sleep-ins and weekend shifts may be required; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Ormesby
Salary: £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: No less than 37 hours per week (overtime or additional contracted hours available)
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: 9–11 per month (as required), paid at £58.40 per sleep
Example Annual Earnings: Up to approximately £38,970 per year (based on 37 hours per week and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month).

This is a 2-bed children's home in Ormesby, providing specialist support for children and young people with Learning Disabilities. The home offers a nurturing, structured and child-centred environment where young people are supported to develop independence, confidence and life skills.

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
You only hold a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (this is not considered equivalent to the required Residential Childcare qualification).
Your experience is limited to Healthcare, NHS, CQC services or Nursery settings.
You require visa sponsorship.
You have only worked within CQC services and have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home.
