Overview

We are currently searching for an experienced nights team leader to join an established business in Stoke. The company specialises in waste management with multiple sites around the Midlands and Staffordshire.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small team
• FLT C/B driving
• KPI reporting
• Monitoring hazardous waste consignments
• Liaising with Chemistry teams and management
• Ensuring all waste is appropriately stored
• Completing of compliance paper work

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experienced team leader
• Some waste experience or knowledge preferred
• Candidates from the transport industry will have transferable skill sets
• FLT C/B licence
• Ideally HSE knowledge and team management training

Working pattern

The working week is on a rotating three shift pattern working mornings, afternoons and nights.

Salary

The salary for this role is £30k including shift premiums.
